Sweet Potatoes
The Sweet Potato (Ipomoea batatas) is a dicotyledonous plant that is a
variant of one of the many types of potato. It's starchy, sweet, and
obviously, still a root vegetable.
Sweet Potatoes originated from Polynesia and are spread by vine cutting
rather than seeds, they hate frost more than you hate your "family" at
family gatherings.
